The Bio-Genomic and Phyto-Chemical Architecture of Āveśa: A Theoretical Framework on Rīti-Riṣṭhi-Guru Archetypes, Sapindus mukorossi Ethno-Hygiene, Acoustic Entrainment, and Trika-Mundhum Epigenetics

This monograph establishes an interdisciplinary theoretical framework synthesizingHimalayan animistic shamanism (Bön, Kirāta Mundhum, Khas-Ārya), classical Śāstricmetaphysics (Tantrāloka, Manthānabhairavatantra), and neuro-biomedical epigenetics.Formulated as a theoretical hypothesis monograph designed to establish intellectualpriority, this work models divine trance-possession (Āveśa) as a neuro-biological statedriven by non-linear acoustic entrainment within the Theta spectrum (4–8 Hz) andethnopharmacological intervention. Furthermore, we resolve the philological and botanicalidentity of the primordial initiator Rīti-Guru Riṣṭhi-Guru (Riṭhṭhe Jhākrī), linking the lineageto saponin surfactant chemistry (Sapindus mukorossi) and physiological purification(Śaucha). Quantitative neuro-acoustic entrainment is formalized via Kuramoto orderparameters and Phase-Locking Values (PLV), alongside targeted Illumina methylationarray probe specifications (FKBP5, NR3C1, BDNF) for future empirical validation.
