KEFE PA: Published Architecture of the Foundation Suite - From Relational States to Matter, Cosmic Evolution and Vacuum-Fluid Phenomenology
We present the publication architecture and a connected physical account of the Kinemetric-Extended Field Equations (KEFE) programme. RG supplies history-bearing relational grammar and restricted graph constraints; OF supplies oscillatory representations, spectra and stability tests; P distinguishes admissible possibilities from source-coupled physical realization; and M-I develops carrier capture, tube growth, Monad closure and first resolved network formation. In this account, particles are stable past–future relations of the state space, physically represented by persistent localized configurations whose present state retains the history relevant to future response. Incorporation of directed Y* action cells into the universe mesh continues in the present epoch, rather than being confined to primordial formation. Main’s calculated boundary–eigenvalue response supplies M-I’s internal Monad-count selector, with measured α_EM reserved for comparison with the subsequent fine-structure estimate. The origin narrative connects these foundations to cosmological phase transitions and to Main’s expanding elastoviscoplastic vacuum, described by extended causal Müller–Israel–Stewart hydrodynamics. Its expansion and fluid response provide proposed explanations of the Hubble tension, MOND-like galactic dynamics, apparent dark-matter profiles, black-hole structure and information, and late-time relaxation. These are effective-model accounts; further bottom-up derivations of the microscopic transitions, constitutive coefficients, particle spectra and quantitative observational predictions remain pending. Source maps, interface contracts and claim classifications distinguish structural results, model-dependent explanations and outstanding physical calculations without adding a new law or independently validating the phenomenology.
