The effect of transition metal oxides on the performance of triboelectric nanogenerators
Introducing transition metal oxides into the polymer matrix of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) enhances performance by increasing surface charge density and enabling more efficient charge separation and transfer across the triboelectric interface. This Review summarizes the effect of transition metal oxides on the performance of TENGs, and discusses the challenges in optimizing power generation.
