Abstract

"This engineering framework delivers the production-ready layout and manufacturing specifications for the Polaritonic Moiré-Superlattice Engine (PMSE), a revolutionary design achieving zero-resistance electronic flow at room temperature (25°C) and ambient pressure (1 atm). By leveraging the foundational principles of Quantum Electro-Dynamics (QED), light-matter interactions inside sub-nanometer hyperbolic cavities are utilized to induce stable polaritonic configurations. This method bypasses traditional high-pressure hydride constraints and volatile chemical doping bottlenecks by native electron wavefunction locking over ABC-stacked rhombohedral graphene arrays. Operating matrices confirm a current delivery baseline of 250 A/mm² inside standard 300mm Silicon on Insulator (SOI) manufacturing pipelines under an ARM-style intellectual property licensing architecture."
