PRIORITY DIRECTIONS FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF EXPORTING ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF INTEGRATION INTO GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations and priority directions for the financial support of exporting enterprises in the context of integration into global value chains. It substantiates that the transformation of enterprises within global production and trade systems from independent exporters of finished products into participants engaged in specific stages of the international value-creation process significantly alters the structure of their financial needs. Based on a systematic approach, the article addresses issues related to the technological upgrading of production, compliance with international quality standards, certification, the development of cooperation with suppliers, the enhancement of product value added, and the financial provision of cross-border operations, all of which are essential for exporting enterprises to enter global value chains and establish sustainable positions within them. The article also substantiates the need to develop financial support instruments tailored to enterprises' functional positions within value chains, their production specialization, and the specific characteristics of their economic relations with international customers.
