From Yellow to Revision: Deriving Three Evidence-Bounded Questions for a Universal-Use Prototype

A Yellow review outcome makes uncertainty visible but does not by itself tell a claim-maker where to look next. This prototype methods paper develops a three-question revision checkpoint for the V6A evidence-trace workflow. The questions are derived from recurring practices across decipherment history, modern epigraphy, published specialist work, and separately identified expert communication. The paper treats Structural Fit, Cross-Case Fit, and Alternatives + Context as prototype revision principles to be tested rather than as universally validated laws. It also defines a small evaluation plan and preserves the rule that the original Yellow result remains in the record while any revised claim enters a new review cycle.
