Clifford-Phase Verified Executable Knowledge: From Phase-Resonance SVD and Heterogeneous Tabular Geometry to Functional Digestion, Evidence-Gated AI, and Rotation-Native Hardware — Integrated & Extended Edition

[wAI ~ wErrors] This preprint integrates three research manuscripts into one mathematical-engineering programme spanning local Clifford algebra, phase-rotor numerical methods, heterogeneous tabular geometry, verification-first model transformation, typed executable memory, evidence-gated inference, provenance, and rotation-native hardware hypotheses. The first layer reads a matrix as a network of Clifford multivectors. It develops an exact 2x2 Clifford microkernel, a 4x4 Hodge-star chiral split, phase diagnostics, PhaseFlow, golden-angle anti-resonance scheduling, Phase-JADE, two-sided joint SVD, BSS and tensor routes, and compilation of accepted rotations into an auditable layer/channel/angle schedule. The second layer extends the generator ontology to relational tables while preserving a hard semantic boundary: exact key equality, JOIN multiplicity, NULL semantics and schema migration remain discrete. It proves a closed-form identity for total bivector energy, shows that its scalar magnitude reduces to an effective-rank statistic, distinguishes row-side from column-side contractions, records the failure and repair of a Gram-free rectangular route, introduces oriented temporal circulation, and formulates subspace-coupled joint diagonalization for objects with heterogeneous axis sets without the zero-padding fallacy. The third layer supplies the S.V.E. systems discipline. Cheap structural or geometric diagnostics may propose candidates but may not commit them. Causal intervention, rare/OOD Sentinels, uncertainty tests and replay determine what survives. Accepted structure is represented as a verified executable law plus explicit residuals, provenance, validity scope and runtime semantics; .antcolony, CANTGit and CANTGBoost provide candidate containers and control mechanisms; ANT-ADAM formulates a falsifiable path toward rotation-native hardware. The integrated synthesis introduces explicitly marked research proposals rather than presenting them as established results: a Clifford-Phase specialization of Colony-Native IR; subspace-coupled federation for partially overlapping feature/ontology spaces; temporal-wedge executable trajectory memory; Clifford/phase features as candidate Sentinels for semantic drift; continuous geometric blocking before exact relational JOIN; energy-aware minimum-description objectives; and verification economics based on the value of additional evidence. A complete integration atlas maps the sections of all three source manuscripts into the combined document, while a claim/falsifier ledger separates exact mathematics, measured prototype results, implemented mechanisms, architecture hypotheses and new proposals. The central rule is deliberately conservative: compile only what is structurally shorter and functionally verified; preserve everything else as explicit residual, discrete semantics, or unresolved evidence. The preprint does not claim a universal Clifford theory of data, universal superiority over LAPACK/BLAS/backpropagation/quantization, solved hallucinations, validated federated ontology alignment, or a fabricated photonic accelerator. The central engineering rule is: Keep the shortest executable law only when it remains faithful under declared tests. A faster, smaller, or more elegant wrong system is a rejected candidate, not a successful optimization. S.V.E. Meta-License v5.0
