Formulation of the Three Laws of Non-Markovian Quantum Mechanics
This paper formalizes a novel, non-perturbative interpretation of quantum mechanics, moving beyond the stochastic, measurement-dependent assumptions of the Copenhagen model and the pathological ultraviolet (UV) divergences of hyperfinite Type III_1 factors. By transitioning the underlying algebraic substrate to infinite semi-finite Type II_∞ von Neumann algebras, we formulate three exact laws of quantum dynamics. These laws govern non-Markovian phase preservation in high-temperature dissipative reservoirs, eliminate local electrostatic singularities, and establish a rigid UV/IR geometric link between microscopic wavefunctions and the cosmological birefringence horizon C_S. To ensure strict empirical falsifiability without post-hoc parameter fitting or replicating prior macromolecular and cosmological setups, we supplement this theoretical framework with novel, actionable technical specifications for external software engineers and experimental laboratories to verify the underlying algebraic transitions via open quantum circuit diagnostics and anharmonic phase noise analysis.
