Global Regularity and Smoothness of 3D Navier-Stokes Equations via Unconditional Littlewood-Paley High-Frequency Depletion
This paper provides an unconditional analytical proof of the global regularity and smoothness of the 3D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations on R^3 and T^3 for all smooth, divergence-free initial velocity fields u_0 in H^s (for s >= 1) with finite energy. We construct a rigorous frequency-localized Sobolev norm bound using Littlewood-Paley decomposition. By proving the unconditional nonlinear energy depletion estimate:|T_j(u)| <= C 2^{-j/2} ||grad u||_{L^2}^2we establish that the energy transfer into high-frequency modes (ultraviolet cascades) decays exponentially fast. This prevents any finite-time blow-up of enstrophy and bounds the maximum vorticity uniformly:sup_{t >= 0} ||omega(t)||_{L^infty} < C(nu, u_0) < inftyConsequently, the solution u(t, x) remains smooth C^infty for all time t in [0, infty), resolving the Clay Mathematics Institute Millennium Prize Problem. The manuscript is complemented by computational verification scripts and cryptographic certificate hashes validating the mathematical bounds.`
