The Self-Generating Mathematical Architecture of the Uthmanic Codex: A New Scientific Frontier

Can a historically preserved text be examined as a self-generating mathematical architecture? This study introduces a new scientific framework for mapping the Uthmanic Codex as a fixed, indexed informational structure. Comprising 114 chapters and 6236 verse-nodes, the Codex is treated as a discrete mathematical dataset in which textual positions, lexical values, numerical relationships, and structural boundaries can be translated into precise mathematical coordinates. Rather than limiting analysis to the semantic or linguistic content of the text, the framework investigates its measurable structural organization through discrete mathematics, combinatorial topology, algebraic relationships, geometric modelling, and higher-dimensional constructions. The study documents how self-generated numerical relationships lead to successive structural layers, from discrete states and mathematical invariants to topological and geometric representations. The paper presents several mathematical anchors for the 6236-unit structure, including the Mordell curve x^3-y^2=6236, with the solution x=20, y=42, together with the Farey sequence of order 39 and related modular and theta-function structures. These provide the starting points for a broader programme of structural mapping developed by the Quranic Quantum Research Centre. A central objective is reproducibility. The numerical-alphabetic matrices, structural inventories, indices, classifications, operational tables, derived constructions, and computational verification resources are being made publicly available through the Research Center, GitHub, and Zenodo. This allows individual mathematical results to be examined, reproduced, extended, or challenged independently. The study therefore proposes a new scientific frontier: the systematic mathematical mapping of an invariant informational structure, allowing its internal numerical relationships to generate and reveal successive topological, geometric, and algebraic architecture. The complete research record is provided as an open scientific resource for mathematicians, physicists, topologists, geometers, computational researchers, and other specialists interested in investigating the documented structures and developing this emerging field further.
