ToolQix: Technical Methodology & Tool Catalog Documentation

ToolQix (https://toolqix.store) is a free, browser-native web utility platform offering more than 100 client-side tools across eight functional categories: Text Tools, SEO Tools, Calculators, Unit Converters, Image Tools, PDF Tools, Developer Tools, and Utility Tools.This technical report documents the platform's architecture, numerical precision standards, cryptographic encoding methods, image and document processing pipelines, and a complete structured catalog of all tools with descriptions and computation models.All computations are performed client-side in the user's browser with zero server-side data retention. This document is submitted to Zenodo as a citable methodology record for the platform.
