Organic Intelligence Protocol (OIP) v1.0.31: Fail-Closed Empirical Evaluation Audit

This report documents the v1.0.31 computational audit of the Organic Intelligence Protocol (OIP) against the Malawi Integrated Household Panel Survey (IHPS) 2010–2019 dataset. The audit processed 395 Stata files and applied an evidence-first, fail-closed methodology. Required evidence for operationalizing the documented GFL, IDS, and AML constructs was not sufficient, so analytical cohort construction and scoring were not authorized. The report documents the resulting evidence boundary and does not claim predictive, causal, universal, or commercial validity.
