The Hodge Conjecture and the Principle of Minimal Information Preservation

This study presents a demonstration of the Hodge Conjecture based on the Principle of Minimal Information Preservation. The approach shows that an algebraic cycle can lose part of its identity during a transformation while remaining associated with a combination of algebraic cycles. It also shows that a transformation can reduce the available information while preserving the coordinates necessary to maintain a Hodge class within an algebraic representation.

Abstract

This study presents a demonstration of the Hodge Conjecture based on the Principle of Minimal Information Preservation. The approach shows that an algebraic cycle can lose part of its identity during a transformation while remaining associated with a combination of algebraic cycles. It also shows that a transformation can reduce the available information while preserving the coordinates necessary to maintain a Hodge class within an algebraic representation.
