Topological Reversal of Biological Entropy and Cellular Restoration via Seonggil Matrix Theory and Rough Operator Algebra
Conventional biological paradigms view cellular aging as an irreversible accumulation of molecular damage. In this paper, we reframe biological systems as open, far-from-equilibrium thermodynamic networks governed by Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and Phase Space Composite Torsion. We prove that aging corresponds to the accumulation of non-commutative metabolic residuals that deform the phase space topology. By defining a pristine biological information template I_template via the maximal biological coherence eigenvalue Λ_opt and the zero-torsion baseline T_0, we formulate a topological phase transition equation that forces the macro-collapse of aged cellular states back into their youthful attractor, achieving non-invasive biological entropy reversal.
