Leadership Method - as conceived and developed by the writer – a theatre-based, experiential framework organized around five interconnected dimensions which are: Self-Awareness, Trust, Adaptability, Growth and Execution. The method revolves around experiential learning, social cognitive theory, psychological safety, adaptive performance, reflective practice, training transfer, professional identity focus and theatre-based leadership development.
