Turbulent Temporal Dynamics and Macro-Laminar Spacetime: A Navier–Stokes Toy Model of Recursive Time and Emergent Relativity
Contemporary theoretical physics struggles to reconcile the probabilistic, chaotic nature of quantum mechanics with the smooth, deterministic continuum of general relativity. In this paper, we introduce a minimalist fluid-dynamic toy model that treats microscopic time not as a smooth background dimension, but as a local, non-linear Navier–Stokes fluid. Operating under strict neighbor-only coupling and fixed global energy, the model demonstrates how turbulent, chiral time-vortices at the Planck scale undergo viscous dissipation. This internal geometric friction acts as a "straightening" mechanism, naturally damping high-frequency temporal chaos into the smooth, laminar 4D spacetime observed at macroscopic scales. We show that mass emerges as stable topological vortex-defects, and gravity manifests as the resulting fluid pressure gradients, providing a cohesive framework that bridges quantum turbulence and relativistic smoothness without invoking unobserved particles or extra dimensions. The paper concludes with three falsifiable physical signatures: Lorentz Invariance Violation (LIV) in high-energy astrophysics (GRBs), the universal generation of macroscopic 1/f noise, and Q-hierarchy temporal drift in BEC analog models.
