The spectrum of a compact internal space II: Effective couplings and mass scales

We calculate effective couplings and mass scales from a compact internal spectrum on real projective three-space. The companion paper supplies the gauge and matter structure. Here we determine its quantitative consequences using a Gaussian spectral response and specified relations between scales. On the selected finite-domain branch, the endpoint equation has a unique positive solution. Joint screening and retention conditions select three generations, and a finite-source calculation fixes the torsion modulus. These results provide the boundary data for gauge couplings, fermion mass ratios and the electroweak scale; Newton’s constant sets the dimensional normalisation. We compare the outputs with stated particle-physics benchmarks and examine extensions to hadronic, neutrino and cosmological quantities. Spectral-tail bounds control finite numerical approximations, whereas analytic sensitivities quantify changes in the endpoint prescription. The hierarchy amplifies the latter strongly, even when content ratios remain unchanged. The resulting comparisons test several consequences of the same boundary data, at the approximation level specified for each sector
