A rare cause of oronasal fistula
This article describes a clinical case of an oroantral fistula in a female patient, the presence of which was confirmed by computed tomography findings. The biopsy enabled the exclusion of systemic vasculitis and malignant neoplasm in the patient — conditions that are potential causes of an oronasal fistula.
