Medication-Relative Nutritional Opportunity Prediction and Dynamic Recoverability Modeling
This preprint describes a medication-relative nutritional opportunity prediction framework developed in connection with a U.S. provisional patent application filed by Dmitry Satanovsky, MD, PhD and Hanna Nesterenko, MD. The system models an individual user’s nutritionally qualifying intake behavior relative to medication-administration events and estimates whether an unsatisfied nutritional requirement remains prospectively attainable through the user’s remaining predicted intake opportunities. A central component is a dynamic nutritional recoverability boundary: a predicted time before the formal end of a nutritional period after which the remaining nutritional requirement is no longer expected to satisfy a predefined recoverability criterion through the available predicted opportunities. The framework also supports counterfactual opportunity-loss analysis by estimating how prospective attainability changes when a future intake opportunity is removed, reduced, delayed, or otherwise becomes less likely to contribute to the nutritional requirement. Potential applications include medication-associated nutritional disruption, ADHD-related adherence difficulties, supplementation regimens, hydration and protein targets, GLP-1-related nutritional management, and other settings in which nutritional opportunities are time-dependent and individualized. This record describes the scientific and technical concept associated with a previously filed U.S. provisional patent application and is not intended to replace the patent filing itself.
