Falsifiable Predictions of a de Sitter-MOND Clock Completion
We collect the sharply falsifiable predictions of a relativistic completion of Milgrom's dynamics in which the modified-inertia sector is carried by a clock (a scalar entering through Q = nμ∂μφ), the acceleration scale is locked to the de Sitter/cosmological scale a0 = c2/2πLdS, and cosmological dark matter is the conserved Noether charge of the clock-scalar's shift symmetry. Each prediction is an observable, a threshold, and a discriminator against dark matter or ΛCDM. Six are distinctive and currently testable. (1) The acceleration scale is CONSTANT in cosmic time (flat a0(z)): the deep-MOND baryonic Tully-Fisher zero-point at z≈2.5 is flat (0.00 dex) versus a +0.33 dex ΛCDM expectation; a robustly RISING a0(z) (tracking full H(z), ~3× by z=2) falsifies it. (2) An External Field Effect: dwarf-spheroidal internal dispersions depend on Galactocentric distance, rising ~1.9× across 40-250 kpc, where dark matter predicts NO dependence (Crater II reproduced) — the sharpest discriminator. (3) In cluster mergers the collisionless charge-dust traces the galaxies, so the lensing mass separates from the gas (the Bullet offset pure MOND fails). (4) The tensor GW speed equals c exactly, with a subdominant near-luminal scalar polarization (~10−33 eV) consistent with current LIGO/pulsar-timing bounds. (5) The dark matter is a conserved Noether charge and CANNOT decay or annihilate (no indirect-detection lines). (6) The exact exponential kernel gives a parameter-free 1/r correction above the flat rotation velocity, v2 = sqrt(GbM a0) + GbM/4r + 7(GbM)3/2/96 r2 sqrt(a0) + ... Consistency checks that must match, and do at the levels tested: the SPARC radial-acceleration relation (rms 0.16 dex at zero per-galaxy parameters), the linear structure-growth amplitude (σ8=0.811, matching ΛCDM because the charge-dust has cs2=0 and standard Geff), galaxy weak lensing following dynamics (no-slip), and Solar-System post-Newtonian bounds including the preferred-frame parameters that excluded the earlier AeST completion. We do not claim the theory is established. Its dark sector carries an intrinsic ~24-order Big-Bang-Nucleosynthesis fine-tuning (companion paper), and its full relativistic health is a work in progress. These are predictions of a CANDIDATE class, offered so data can confirm or kill it; no observation is used to assert the theory is true. Every number is produced by a committed, runnable script with checks that can fail; dimensional numbers are carried on both a0 footings. The construction was developed collaboratively in the associated public repository. AI-assisted research draft; not peer reviewed.
