A Novel Laryngotracheal Agenesis Variant With Esophageal Airway Continuity—A Case Report
We present an uncharacterized laryngotracheal agenesis variant with esophageal airway continuity, highlight limitations of existing classification systems, and demonstrate the possibility of primary crico-tracheal anastomosis. As awareness of these anomalies increases, careful anatomic description and individualized surgical reconstruction will be essential to advance the field and improve outcomes for these challenging patients.
