KHIN™: The Portable Digital Self

KHIN™ is the Portable Digital Self, a persistent, sovereign, portable computational entity designed to carry an individual's intelligence, identity, memory, cryptography, value, agents, and network presence as one personal object under the user's ownership and control. The concept addresses the fragmentation of the modern digital self across computing platforms, social networks, artificial intelligence providers, financial institutions, blockchain systems, identity services, and cloud platforms. KHIN™ establishes a personal layer above replaceable devices, AI models, blockchains, protocols, and service providers. Its architecture incorporates a persistent KHIN Core, six categories of memory, authorized AI agents, cryptographic keys and permissions, value and property, network presence, and a KHIN Constitution defining non-negotiable rules for sovereignty, authorization, privacy, portability, persistence, verifiability, accessibility, neutrality, succession, and human decision-making. KHIN™ OS provides the software foundation as a local-first, portable runtime capable of operating across desktop, mobile, web, edge, and dedicated hardware environments. A corresponding KHIN™ Device serves as a physical embodiment of the Portable Digital Self, while the KHIN lifecycle enables creation, binding, continuous operation, migration, backup, recovery, succession, and long-term digital legacy. The white paper presents the conceptual foundation, naming architecture, core components, operating system, hardware architecture, lifecycle, integration with the KHEMONAUTICS ecosystem, business and revenue architecture, non-securities design doctrine, development roadmap, master requirements, human dignity applications, and intellectual property framework for KHIN™. The central thesis is that intelligence, identity, memory, value, and agency should become personal and portable rather than remaining permanently fragmented across institutions and platforms. KHIN™ is positioned as a personal computational entity for the AI age: a persistent digital self designed to remain continuous while the technologies surrounding it change.
