Innovation to Operations Part III: Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations
The goals for this report are (i) to describe the governance of the process of transitions as outlined in Part II in terms of roles, responsibilities and expectation, and (ii) to expand the traditional “in-NOAA” view of the transition funnel (Fig. 1 in Part II) to a broader community view and its governance.
