BIT — Research Block 5 · Stage 1: Constructive Mathematical Physics · New Structures and Computational Methods

Boundary Information Theory (BIT), Research Block 5, starts from a task specification and asks how boundary structures and computational methods can be designed so that system dynamics perform useful work, with explicit accounting for construction, operation and reconfiguration costs. BIT-B5-REL-001 provides a scoped research-architecture and handoff package for the Stage 1 R1 map. The map organizes six roles: objectives and contracts; boundary structure and domain partitioning; dynamics and retention; computation and observation; whole-cycle costs; and cycles, scheduling and handoff. Five source families—SEED, CDS, GEO, KTT and ABC—retain their original assumptions, evidence levels and lineage. Eight internal interfaces are specified but not composed, while four cross-block interfaces remain candidates. The package includes bilingual abstracts, a reading guide, source indexes and explicit claim limits. It preserves 18 statement records and eight open handoff gaps from the R1 map. CSD/DCC comparison records and research-method documents are separate supplements, not additional integrated families. Closure applies to the architecture within the selected corpus. Scientific results remain limited to their declared source models and conditions. This release adds no new theorem, experiment or Lean compilation and does not establish whole-block composition, device validation, real net profit, international novelty or independent review. AI assisted retrieval, source comparison and editing; this assistance is not independent peer review. Historical snapshot note: the archived files preserve their preparation state dated 9 September 2026. Labels such as NOT_PUBLISHED_BY_THIS_RUN and empty DOI fields refer to that preparation stage. The DOI and publication date displayed on this Zenodo record identify the subsequent public deposit; they do not change the scientific status of the archived sources. Source availability: the R1 index lists 13 source roots. The selected source view contains 12 byte-identical roots; MAP:S12 remains reference-only. The included QuickOps material is the existing R1 text excerpt, not the complete original DOCX. See SOURCE_VIEW_NOTE and DISTRIBUTION_OMISSIONS in the archive.

Abstract
