Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization frequently suffers from a fundamental decoupling between digital ledger state and the physical, legal, and structural reality of the underlying assets. This paper introduces the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS v1.0), a deterministic off-chain oracle framework designed to bridge physical verification with permissioned blockchain standards (ERC-3643 and ONCHAINID). By integrating certified judicial expert appraisals with automated smart contract claim injectors (PTVSClaimInjector.sol), PTVS v1.0 establishes an immutable, auditable bridge for real estate and naval asset verification, mitigating fraud, encumbrance risks, and structural discrepancy in tokenized security offerings.
