Distributed and Evolutionary System for Digital Influence Detection and Profiling (Pelta Lumi)
Pelta Lumi. Is a distributed, evolutionary and multimodal defensive system intended to detect, classify, explain and record digital mechanisms that may profile a person or influence their decisions. Its defensible core is not the claim that every form of digital manipulation can be directly observed. Its core is a disciplined separation between what the device actually observed, what multiple observations support as an inference, and what remains only a risk hypothesis. The specification is governed by nine principles: coverage honesty, user sovereignty, evidence integrity, least privilege, proportionality, contestability, graceful degradation, measurement discipline and algorithm/profile agility. Local processing is the default. No telemetry may leave a device without an explicit purpose, authorization, minimization controls, a declared retention rule and a versioned export policy.
