The PP Model of Mass, Gravity, and the Cyclic Big Bang
The PP model is a speculative, falsifiable framework in which mass and gravity are assigned a common microscopic origin: a bond between two primordial constituents p. A free p is postulated to have zero rest mass and no static gravitational source. A stable pp configuration forms at a universal separation d0 by conversion of energy μc² into rest energy. Collective gravitation in multi-bond structures can compress d below d0, raising repulsive compression energy while lowering a stability barrier B(d), which vanishes at a critical separation dc. Three minimal toy models are derived. First, a radial Critical Black Hole (CBH) profile admits a regime 02/3, and a formal compactness threshold toward Residual Black Holes (RBH). Third, an initial CPF mass spectrum plus generic accretion yields an evolving RBH population in which the most massive seeds appear earliest. The cosmological extension hypothesizes finite-lived Finite Universes within an eternal Infinite Universe and states explicit relativistic, cosmic microwave background (CMB), thermodynamic, and observational falsification requirements.
