KEFE PA: Published Architecture of the Foundation Suite - Reader map, interface contracts, claim concordance, and validation routes

KEFE PA provides the reader-facing architecture of the KEFE Foundation publication suite. It maps the responsibilities and interfaces of KEFE RG, OF, P, and M-I; distinguishes exact, conditional, no-go, and open statements; and connects every suite paper to its persistent Zenodo record. The paper introduces no additional physical law, but supplies a bounded consistency and navigation layer for evaluating the suite.
