The system for the industrial enterprises workers medical support organization based on the private medical organization example. Part 2

Providing accessible medical care to employees at remote industrial facilities lacking developed medical infrastructure is a critical challenge essential to maintaining professional longevity. In contrast to facilities located within areas with established infrastructure, where a private medical provider supplements the state system, remote industrial operations necessitate the establishment of a comprehensive medical care cycle, including pre-shift examinations and follow-up care, supported by dedicated infrastructure and logistics. Objective. This paper presents a private medical provider's approach to delivering comprehensive medical care to employees working on a rotational basis at industrial sites beyond the reach of medical infrastructure. Materials and methods. This article is based on an analysis of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and scientific literature published over the past decade regarding the organization of industrial medicine in the absence of accessible medical infrastructure. The local regulations governing a private medical organization were reviewed and summarized to provide a detailed account of the implementation of the medical care model at remote industrial facilities. Results. The article presents the experience of a private medical provider in providing comprehensive medical care to employees of industrial facilities in the absence of medical infrastructure. The organization of outpatient services and specific features of emergency medical care are discussed in detail. An analysis of the primary outcomes of a private medical provider's activities at remote industrial facilities in 2025 is also presented. Conclusions. The insights shared in this article may serve as a valuable reference for developing similar medical care programs for employees at remote industrial facilities operating under challenging climatic, geographic, and logistical conditions to enhance employee health and mitigate occupational risks.
