Human-Centered AI Deployment Readiness Protocol: Engineering-Handoff Profile

Use this protocol to review an AI-generated interface prototype before handing it to engineering. Evaluators check its documented requirements, interaction states and recovery paths, then record their findings and readiness judgments before seeing the reference key. Results distinguish what the evaluator found from what the artifact can demonstrate. The download includes the protocol, separate evaluator and adjudicator materials, Excel workbooks, a fictional worked example and a feasibility kit. It also includes an AI-assisted audit of the twelve references. Version 0.1-rc.3 corrects citation details. The method, calculations and example data remain unchanged from rc.2, and the retained assessment forms still show their rc.2 component version. The separate PDF is also inside the ZIP. This is a proposed method that still needs external validation. The release makes no claim of measured effectiveness, independent peer review, organizational adoption or NIST endorsement. The example contains no participant results or employer product data. OpenAI Codex assisted with drafting, packaging and technical checks. Original protocol documents, forms and synthetic data are available under CC BY 4.0; original software is under MIT. The included LICENSE explains this distinction. Third-party references retain their own terms. Project website: https://takyejun.com/research/ai-readinessProject repository: https://github.com/yejuntak/hcai-deployment-readiness
