Phraqtal Field

This work presents the Phraqtal Field as a unified organisational framework for matter, radiation, gravitation, visibility, saturation and reorganisation. Matter is interpreted as bound coherent field motion, while radiation represents freely propagating field reorganisation. The framework compares atomic and galactic systems through common organisational roles, including central binding, outer coupling, coherence, saturation and release. Galactic acceleration profiles are classified along two independent axes: bimodal spatial form and dynamic activation of a transition scale. The study further relates gas organisation, star formation, satellite coupling and quasar activity to different stages of galactic reorganisation. These proposed correspondences are formulated as testable hypotheses and provide an operational basis for future comparisons with independent astronomical and physical data.
