The Biological Signalling Basis of NASP: From Physical Information to Endogenous Biological Reactivation
What if living systems do not need to be "fixed" with external chemical agents, but simply need to be reminded of their own functional potential? This conceptual work challenges the conventional biomedical paradigm of direct intervention—which relies on replacing, suppressing, or artificially imposing biological outcomes. Instead, we propose a communication-based model of regenerative biology centered around the core principle: Do not add what biology already possesses; provide the information that enables biology to reactivate it. Exploring the Biological Signalling Basis of NASP (Non-Invasive Acoustic Signalling Platform), this paper investigates whether deliberately structured physical information can interact with endogenous regulatory mechanisms to trigger self-restoration, homeostasis, and systemic resilience. By viewing the biosystem as an intelligent, self-regulating network rather than a biochemical machine, we shift the focus from biological manipulation to biological communication—aiming to decode the "language of the biosystem." This article serves as a direct conceptual and mechanistic extension of the MSPM–NASP framework presented in the foundational monograph "Thermodynamic Corridor of Biosystem Adaptive Resilience" (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20794111).
