Positivity and Stability of 2‐D Positive Time‐Delay Systems on Time‐Scales

ABSTRACT This paper investigates the positivity and asymptotic stability for a class of two‐dimensional (2‐D) positive systems with time‐varying delays and on time scales. We first establish a sufficient condition guaranteeing the positivity of the considered system. Building upon this result, we develop a solution comparison method for analyzing its asymptotic stability and derive a corresponding stability criterion. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate and validate the obtained results.
