The Holo-Neural Agency Architecture: A Covariant Geometric Resolution to Foundational Boundary, Measurement, and Information Paradoxes
This paper presents a geometric synthesis resolving non-locality, temporal measurement latency, and black hole information scrambling by modeling 4D spacetime as an emergent holographic boundary of a 5D Anti-de Sitter bulk manifold. Entanglement entropy across spacelike separations is mapped to continuous bulk extremal geodesics via covariant Hubeny-Rangamani-Takayanagi (HRT) surfaces with vanishing null expansion. Conscious temporal agency is formulated as a localized state-reduction node at the neck of an information hourglass, where continuous Gaussian-regularized Diósi-Penrose objective reduction operating across cortical tubulin arrays yields a 25 ms collapse interval matching 40 Hz gamma synchrony at N = 989 coherent dimers. Libet readiness potentials are shown to represent trailing 4D transmission latency. Horizon information preservation is established via completely positive trace-preserving (CPTP) Kraus quantum channels and the quantum extremal island formula, yielding unitary purity recovery and vanishing commutant island closure without firewall formation. Falsifiable biophysical and quantum optical benchmarks are provided.
