Knowledge, perception and adoption intention of telerehabilitation in inner and rural areas: an exploratory study with a feasibility pilot in occupational therapy
This preregistration describes an exploratory two-phase study on knowledge, perception and adoption intention of telerehabilitation among people receiving rehabilitation and their caregivers, with particular attention to distance from services in inner and rural areas. Phase 1 is a cross-sectional survey based on the UTAUT2 framework, with dual-channel recruitment allowing comparison between online and offline respondents. Phase 2 is a single-arm feasibility pilot with process outcomes and a priori progression criteria. The document specifies hypotheses, measures, recoding rules, sample size and power analysis, exclusion criteria and the full analysis plan, and is deposited before the start of data collection.
