DISCRETE ORIGIN OF MERCURY'S ANOMALY AND PLANETARY PRECESSIONS: TOPOLOGICAL DERIVATION OF CORRECTIVE COEFFICIENTS WITHIN THE TRUE FRAMEWORK

This text proposes a topological derivation of the corrective coefficients in the gravitational force equation within the TRUE framework. Continuous geometry is replaced by a discrete lattice of sites coupled by integer conductances. The anisotropy between equatorial and polar links fixes the ratio of the corrective coefficients in the force equation. This ratio is the exact fraction minus 440 over 279, without any free parameter. An exact scale factor, 177,980,000,000,000 over 28,179 jumps, relates the lattice to physical units. The model reproduces the planetary precessions of the first six planets with a maximum deviation below 0.05 arcseconds per century. Reproducible code in pure rational arithmetic is provided.
