FHESS Communication XII — ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE: The Three-Bridge Ecosystem, Interim Care and Endo-Doxical Performance This research communication was submitted on 9 September 2026 to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in relation to the Situation in Ukraine. The initial finding object is the resignation decision announced on 7 September 2026 by Ukraine's Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko. The resignation is approached as an observable change in the relation between person and function. From this finding, FHESS examines which surrounding functional relations, institutional bridges and transmission capacities become readable. The resignation is not presented as evidence of ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE. The Communication develops the research question whether positioned interventions can acquire disproportionate performative capacity through the existing bridges, dependencies and transmission capacities of a functional ecosystem. This possible configuration is investigated as ECOSYSTEMIC CAPTURE. It simultaneously examines the corresponding defensive question: whether the same relational architecture can preserve institutional functionality, independent rereading, alternative pathways and future degrees of freedom through ECOSYSTEMIC VERWEER (defensive capacity/self-protection) and timely interim care. The Communication further develops the THREE-BRIDGE ECOSYSTEM, INNER CAPTURE OF THE READING POSITION, resonance, catalytic and parabolic performance, and the endo-doxical visibility of successful interim care. The publication contains the principal Communication and four annexes documenting the temporal finding, the Ukraine–ICC functional bridges, the methodological movement from resignation to ecosystemic readability, and the temporal development of the underlying conscience-grammar and ecosystem research.
