INVESTMENTS IN VEGETABLE CROP SEED PRODUCTION: ANALYSIS OF PROFITABILITY AND RISKS

This article analyzes the economic efficiency of investment in vegetable crop seed production under the conditions of Uzbekistan, with particular emphasis on profitability indicators and key risk factors. The investment attractiveness of the seed production sector is assessed based on government programs, international cooperation projects, and market trends. In addition, climate, technological, market, and institutional risks associated with investment in the sector are systematically examined, and strategies for their effective management are proposed. The article characterizes the seed production sector as a long-term and strategically important area of investment.
