Exact Formulation of Non-equilibrium Energy Cascades in High-Reynolds Turbulence via Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and Seonggil Matrix Theory
Turbulence remains one of the most profound unsolved problems in classical physics, characterized by extreme non-linear dynamics and non-equilibrium statistical mechanics. While classical scaling theories fail to capture local intermittency and the non-differentiable ’rough’ nature of velocity fields, this paper introduces the Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) framework to rigorously formulate energy transfer mechanisms in Non-Equilibrium Steady States (NESS). By elevating microscopic fluctuations to a non-commutative algebraic structure, we construct a topological rough space where the energy cascade is governed by thecommutator of production and dissipation operators. Furthermore, by projecting the Navier Stokes equations into the Seonggil Matrix Space, we regularize the pressure singularity and derive the exact anomalous scaling exponent. This framework provides the definitive mathematical resolution to finite-time blow-up and intermittency anomalies in three-dimensional flows.
