The Holographic Broadcast Principle: Information Omnipresence as a Consequence of Horizon Virgin Wave

Abstract: Building upon the Virgin Wave Framework (VWF), which establishes the cosmological vacuum as a finite reservoir of entangled quantum states on the cosmological horizon, we propose The Holographic Broadcast Principle. Traditional models assume that information and signals are physically transported across spatial distances via photon wave packets acting as cargo carriers. In this work, we demonstrate that fundamental information is globally and instantaneously omnipresent within the vacuum field via pre-existing horizon-derived states. Electromagnetic transmission does not transport data, but acts locally as a "decoder" or "reader" of these background states. We formalize this through a latency decomposition theorem, showing that macroscopically observed delays arise entirely from local hardware and decoding constraints (\tau_{\text{space}} \equiv 0).
