DOCTRINAL AND ECONOMIC MANUSCRIPT THE ECONOMIC ARTICULATION OF THE DIRECT PARTICIPATORY POLITICAL SYSTEM AND THE HISTORICAL INFEASIBILITY OF COMMUNIST REPRESENTATION

ABSTRACT This paper analyses the structural incompatibility between the traditional representative model and the economic sustainability of modern societies. It demonstrates that communism is an inherent derivative of political representation, bound to the representative footing and its six core structural elements. Furthermore, the manuscript establishes the historical and sociological impossibility of fulfilling the two foundational tenets of communism: the abolition of social classes and the elimination of private property. In contrast, the Direct Participatory Political System integrates and harmonises three essential economic paradigms—the capitalist economic system, the socialist economic system, and the mixed economic system—ensuring private enterprise, social protection, and strategic state oversight. Within this framework, Universal Basic Income (UBI) is examined through a rigorous demographic analysis as a vital instrument for social balance and economic continuity, ultimately positioning direct participation as the only viable mechanism for genuine self-governance and human dignity.
