THE HUMAN UNDER CHANGE - A Structural Derivation of Consciousness, Self, Action, and Social Order

This work begins with an elementary structural question: How can something undergo real change and nevertheless remain determinately the same? La Profilée is not imposed on this question as an optional interpretive scheme. Instead, the derivation proceeds by successively excluding those alternatives under which identity and real change could not be jointly determinate. Complete undifferentiation cannot sustain a determinate state; distinguishability is therefore presupposed. Real transformation introduces genuine difference. Once both conditions obtain, the identity question necessarily arises: In what respect can something remain the same, in what respect can it differ, and what determines which difference still counts as a transformation of the same? These three irreducible functions are termed Frame, Module, and Coupling. Frame carries the identity reference, Module carries real variation, and Coupling determines the admissibility of that variation relative to the identity reference. The roles are system-relative and recursive. They are not a list of components but the minimal architecture of identity under transformation. From this architecture follow selective admissibility, structural time, diachronic identity, finite integration capacity, and distinct verdicts concerning structural existence and identity continuity. Only from the possible consequences of real transformation do the regimes of La Profilée arise. Persistence is therefore not the starting point of the law but one possible consequence of a transformation within the same identity architecture. On this general basis, the human-level realization is then derived. Q3 through Q8 lead from constitutive self-determination and determinate structural self-presence to valence, synchronous subject unity, diachronic subject identity, other centers of interiority, enduring intersubjective coupling, and transgenerational normative order. Human phenomena are designated necessary only where their absence can be structurally excluded under explicit premises. The human sciences enter only after the derivation. They serve to test concrete realizations, convergences, conflicts, and LP-specific predictions. The subject of the work is therefore not persistence as an end in itself, but the necessary structure of identity under real change and its consequences extending into the human lifeworld.
