FVC-Agent v0.1 — Formal Grammar of the Signed Agentic Act, Verifiable under FVC
This record proposes the first technical specification for FVC-Agent v0.1, a record-form layer that defines how the signed acts of a non-human actor (agent, runtime, or verifier) become compatible with FVC verification of the situated act they represent. FVC-Agent does not certify the actor. It gives verifiable form to the signed acts of the non-human actor, so that FVC may verify them as situated acts within its declared grammar. The essential invariant: FVC is the source; FVC-Agent is the form that makes the actor's act certifiable under FVC. FVC-Agent v0.1 addresses a specific layer of Open Issue #9 of FVC v0.1 (interaction with agent governance protocols) without contradicting the foundational invariant of FVC, which governs a situated act, not an agent. It specializes the situated-act grammar to the case in which the act is produced and signed by a non-human actor. The package includes the normative specification (RFC-style), a JSON Schema 2020-12, four valid and four invalid reference records, intended publication metadata, release notes, and operational checklist. FVC-Agent is proposed as a derived/specialized record-form layer of FVC v0.1, previously published on Zenodo, and does not replace it. This publication is intended as a conceptual and technical priority record. It is not a medical device specification, aviation protocol, legal opinion, industrial safety standard, or reference implementation. Claim level (per the Volume II honest scale, 10.5281/zenodo.20744965): externally anchored. The package carries an Ed25519-signed SIGILLO seal and an attached RFC 3161 timestamp token, independently re-verifiable. Full third-party verification remains open: the independent verifier (spec §9, TODO-6) and reference implementation (TODO-11) are not yet built. This version adds a PDF rendering of the specification. The PDF is generated from the Markdown source included in the original package; the source file hash is recorded in the package manifest. The rendering introduces no changes to the normative content.
