TMD: Hydrodynamic Continuum,Sigma--Law Saturation and Global Regularity of the Navier--Stokes Equation
Triadic Mesh Dynamics (TMD) provides a physical framework in which the Navier–Stokes equation emerges as a macroscopic limit of discrete orientational dynamics. The model incorporates Sigma–law saturation, the Kováč Spectral Horizon (KSH), emergent viscosity, and the flip–freeze mechanism, jointly ensuring bounded gradients, bounded spectrum, and finite-energy collapse. As a result, blow-up is physically impossible, and global regularity follows from the intrinsic constraints of the triadic network.
