Cervical Nodule: A Cytological and Ultrasonographic Correlation
Ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration of a cervical lymph node performed by an interventional pathologist redirected the diagnostic pathway from suspected metastatic lung carcinoma to classical Hodgkin lymphoma, enabling minimally invasive diagnosis and timely patient management.
