Adam Prism: A Sovereignty-First Architecture for Verified, Deterministic LLM Agents
Autonomous LLM agents that generate code, documents, or system artifacts face a structural problem: their outputs are stochastic, while the environments they must produce for are deterministic. Orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen move control out of the model loop, yet verification still relies on LLM-as-a-judge. We present Adam Prism, a sovereignty-first agent architecture that treats verification as a first-class architectural layer. Planning, execution, verification, and repair are separated into independent stages; a deep-verification loop combines deterministic functional checks with an independent spec-conformance judge; and a bounded escalation ladder repairs defects with an honest stop. On a local 12B model via Ollama the system sustains 1,317 deterministic tests and 26 scenario workflows, and two independent oracle-checked registries (10 CSV-verification and 5 code-generation scenarios) reach 10/10 and 15/15 (100%) single-shot --- zero cost, air-gap capable.
