PHILIA OS Phase 2 — 114th DOI Pre-registration: Structured Claim Representation and LIVE Evidence Acquisition from Base and False Claims (A/D Arm Independent Exploratory Study)

This record contains the pre-registration document for the 114th DOI of the PHILIA OS research series (Trinity AI Research Team, Konyang University). This is a registered exploratory study applying the GapH3-architecture Gap Report gate to the 57-item CH7 corpus under LIVE Wikipedia evidence fetch, with A arm (base claim) and D arm (false claim) executed as fully independent runs. Primary research question: Can the subject independently construct a structured claim representation (SVO / Time / Qualifier) from both base and false claims, retrieve LIVE Wikipedia evidence using that representation, and evaluate the relation between the original claim and the acquired evidence — without assuming the claim is true? Gap Report serves as a diagnostic observation layer. No ESTABLISHED / NOT_ESTABLISHED verdict is declared. Findings will inform the design of a subsequent confirmatory study. Parent architecture: GapH3 (SHA cc54df0e). Corpus: philia_ch7_corpus_main_v3_patched.json (SHA 5fd61f8f). Pre-registration document SHA256: 48192fa4. Gate-0: Pandora / Lucas / Opus — ALL PASS (v0.7). Prior confirmatory DOI (113th): https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22153519 Measurement is life. Description, not proof.
