Cosmological General Theory of Relativity:A Consolidated Formulation with Verified Perturbative Structure
We give a consolidated formulation of the Cosmological General Theory of Relativity(CGR), the gravitational extension of the Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity(CSTR) obtained by promoting the Robertson-Walker scale factor a(t_0) to a dynamical field and postulating Einstein type field equations built from the operator.
