A Note on the Validity Domain of the Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity(CSTR) Boost:Peculiar-Velocity Decay and a Revised Postulate P2'

The Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity(CSTR) postulate a modified Lorentz transformation, parametrized by a boost velocity v_0 and the Robertson-Walker scale factor a(t_0) evaluated at the cosmological time of the observer, and shows that it preserves the flat Robertson-Walker line element at fixed cosmological time.

Abstract

The Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity(CSTR) postulate a modified Lorentz transformation, parametrized by a boost velocity v_0 and the Robertson-Walker scale factor a(t_0) evaluated at the cosmological time of the observer, and shows that it preserves the flat Robertson-Walker line element at fixed cosmological time.
