Genetic characterization of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LRa05

This project contains genetic sequence data of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus strain LRa05, including the 16S rRNA and pheS gene sequences obtained from the original isolate (passage 0, P0) and the strain after 20 passages (P20). The sequence data are generated to characterize and compare the genetic identity of LRa05 at different passage stages and to evaluate the genetic consistency of the strain during serial cultivation.
